Phoebe’s Network of Trust received a large donation Thursday morning from Kohl’s Cares.

The $10,000 dollar donation will go toward eight grade health fairs across the district that will teach students the importance of living healthy, and the long term effects of an unhealthy lifestyle.

Angie Barber, the Director of Phoebe’s  Network of Trust, says is important to teach children at an early age, “It starts a lifelong of living healthy, learning healthy habits; bring able to make better choices to make a healthy life.”

To date, this is the largest donation Kohl's Cares has made, and the Network of Trust will be putting it to good use.
