ALBANY, GA --
Daylight Savings Time kicked off Sunday morning, sending many to bed a bit earlier.

However the debate wages on, spinning the clocks forward, a help? Or hindrance. Residents around Albany sounded off on the issue with the results split down the middle.

"No, it throws off your sleep schedule and takes you out of your daily routine," said one Albany woman.

"I love it, daylight saving time means I have more time each day to get things done before the sun goes down," said another Albany man.

No matter how you feel on the issue, get ready for those long summer nights that are just around the corner.
