ALBANY, GA --
The City of Albany, Georgia has been successful in developing and implementing a 311 Call Center and internet service system (www.311answers.com) for its citizens.  The Center serves Dougherty County and the Water, Gas, and Light (WG&L) Commission, as well, so all local government information and services are one phone call away. 

Now after 3 years of service, Albany officials are implementing a new mobile app for iPhone and Android cell phones. The app serves to reach more people and make the 311 service more convenient.

These mobile apps will allow residents to report community issues and attach photos as needed from anywhere and at any time.  The mobile apps seamlessly route the information to Albany’s QScend Technologies 311 database for continued updates, and transparent resolutions to issues. 

The iPhone app is available through the App Store icon and the Android app is available through the Google Play Store.   The name of the app for both cell phones is AlbanyGa311.  If you experience any problems with these apps, please contact officials by calling 311 or 229-878-3111.
