ALBANY, GA. -- The family of a missing woman is pleading for the public’s help in locating her.

Amy Mein, 23, has been missing since Sunday afternoon.

Sandra Jones, the mother-in-law, says the last time she heard from the young woman her car was broken down and a family friend was on the way to pick her up and bring her home.

Four days later, the mother of three is still missing.

“It's very out of character. Amy is very attentive to her children. She has a three-year-old and a five-year-old. It's just way out of her character not to call on me or check on her kids or anything,” said Sandra Jones.

Anyone with information about this Mein's location is asked to contact the Albany Police Department at (229) 431-2100.
