$1,000 given from Norfolk Southern as a form of community development.

ALBANY, GA -- The Thronateeska Heritage Center received a $1,000 dollar grant on Wednesday from Norfolk Southern.

Representatives for the center said they will use the money to develop text panels for the on-site trains.

The text panels will display historic information about the trains in the museum.

Norfolk Southern said this was their way of giving back and investing in their community.
