Sources within the city tell FOX 31 News, Disney is scoping out areas to shoot the film “The Odd Life of Timothy Green.” Producers have reportedly made several trips to the area and are expected to be here later in the week. Sources say Disney is looking at the oak covered areas near downtown.

Dawson is also in the running for the filming location. Sources say if Albany is chosen, it would have great economic impact on the area.

A public announcement will be made when Disney makes it's final decision.
