ALBANY, GA. --

Children’s Miracle Network is sponsoring the 2nd annual 'Miracle on Sweet Street' event at the Coyote building on Meredyth Drive.

The theme for this year’s candy extravaganza is ‘A Magical Night of Family Fun.’

Monday night more than 250 people had the chance to sample heavy hors d'oeuvres for dinner then head to the candy room that's stocked with more than 500 pounds of candy.

Kids stuffed their bags with everything from Jolly Ranchers to lollipops.

For those who couldn't make it out, organizers say it's not too late.

“You can still come get your tickets at the door. We'll be here tomorrow night from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM again,” said Amanda Biery, coordinator of Children’s Miracle Network.

Tickets are $75 for a family of four and $20 for individuals.

All proceeds for the event will benefit the Children's Miracle Network at Phoebe.
