Wednesday, April 28, 2010  74-year-old Christine Welch will live at a nursing home in Valdosta. Moultrie police found Welch malnourished to 80 pounds with bedsores infested with maggots and gangrene in both feet on April 15.

Monday, April 19, 2010  74-year-old Christine Welch lost one leg just above the knee and one just below the knee. Police say the injuries are a result of alleged abuse from 34-year-old Tasha Chambers and 55-year-old Royce Dillard, Jr.

Friday, April 16, 2010  74-year-old Christine Welch will have her feet amputated once doctors can get her well enough for the surgery. Right now she weighs 80 pounds. Her caretakers are in jail.
