  • FTC lifts stay on Phoebe Putney hearing

    Saturday, March 16, 2013  Updated with video; After the Supreme Court ruled in February that the lower courts improperly dismissed the case, the Federal Trade Commission announced on Friday that the stay has been lifted and they will begin the process of scheduling a hearing against Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
