ALBANY, GA --
Trees and power lines around Albany led to a busy night for the Albany Fire Department.

The Albany Fire Department responded to 521 Louis Avenue after receiving a call saying a tree fell on an electrical wire around 6:45 p.m.

Officials say there were no injuries and the power is only knocked out to the residence.

Officials waited for the homeowner to come home before showing her the damage.

Firemen say Water, Gas & Light will have to be called to come and restore power to her home.

However, she was not the only one without power after a tree took down power lines on Devon Road.

Georgia Power was on scene attempting to restore power and keep the public safe by shutting down the road.

The strong winds blew a tree down in the driveway of a Worth County home located at the corner of Hwy 313 and Massey Airport Road. The home was surrounded by debris left behind from the storm.

Reports from across Arlington and Calhoun County also had multiple trees down.
