MCLB celebrates summer safety

Thousands attended the summer safety stand down at the Marine Corps Logistics Base this week.

Around two thousand people attended the MCLB's summer safety stand down event this week.  It's a fun way to prepare them for summer travel.  The message certainly got across, as marines and civilians are now better prepared for some fun in the sun.  Marine Corps events are always successful, but what many people don't think about is the break down afterwards, but with the help of the marines, it's all made very simple. 

Break down and clean up time runs about two hours.
