Chinese Delegates tour Riverquarium

A delegation of 20 educators from China spent Tuesday sightseeing around Albany

The group toured Albany and visited the Riverquarium to learn about the local environment and how best to preserve natural resources.

State Representative Gerald Greene accompanied the Chinese delegation to the Riverquarium and says they wanted to see something local.  “They’re used to marine aquariums so this is quite different for them to see” says Greene.

The delegation will spend Wednesday October 28, 2009 at Albany Technical College.
