Mike Morrison FOX 31 News Chief Meteorologist
Mike Morrison joined the FOX 31 Weather Team in July 2009 as Chief Meteorologist. Mike is an award winning meteorologist and holds seals of approval from the National Weather Association and the American Meteorological Society. Mike hails from the Mile High city of Denver but now calls Albany home.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology and Mathematics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications. Mike has worked as a Chief Meteorologist in Western Colorado, South Texas, Northwest Ohio and now in Southwest Georgia. His broad experience gives him an excellent understanding of weather patterns that effect us right here in SW Georgia. Mike enjoys working with schools and educators to help increase interest in math and science and gives presentations often. Mike is happy to call Southwest Georgia home for all this area has to offer....
